7 days (UK) / 14 days (Europe) from order day only on unopened in the original packaging disposables due to health & hygine reasons.
Return shipping costs must be covered by you. Aroma King cannot be held responsible for goods lost in transit that have been sent by you. Please not we will deduct the full amount cost of the original shipping from you.
Damaged products
We will require you to provide photographic evidence of the damage item including all original packaging.If you unpack your product we can arrange a replacement.
Missing products
If you haven't received your order within 7 days (UK) or 15 working days for EU / International shipments, please contact us so we can check with courier and resolve this for you
