As an Assistant & Researcher, your primary responsibility will be to support the principal consultant in managing their current business and assisting in effective and accurate research to gather information and identify potential candidates for our business.

This role requires a sense of urgency, as you will need to shift your focus to immediate opportunities. Your determination to bring every aspect of your work to a positive conclusion will be crucial.

This role requires the successful candidate to manage a critical factor in the executive search and customer management process; in your position, it will be a short-term cycle that will be your complete and sole responsibility to ensure a continued flow of business for the principal.

Key Responsibilities:

• Researching to obtain information and a steady flow of candidates for the business.
• Building rapport with potential candidates during initial customer contact.
• Proactively prospecting and networking to expand our candidate pool.
• Managing your workload and time effectively, enjoying a reasonable amount of autonomy.

Experience:

• Document administration.
• Adobe In-Design experience is advantageous.
• Research or Recruitment Experience.
