UK Shipping

Order Confirmations

You'll receive an email confirming receipt of your order to the email address you provided. We reserve the right to decline any order. All orders are accepted subject to our Terms and Conditions. Please ensure your correct email and contact number is provided so your order details are shared timely with you.

Shipping Methods and Charges:

• Standard Delivery ( 2-3 Working Days ) £2.99
• Free Delivery ( 2-3 Working Days ) Order Above £30
  

• DPD Express (Next Day Delivery)

Sent next working day at £5.99. Order placed on the weekend or bank holidays will be processed and sent on the next working day.

Please note: You will need to ensure your order is placed by 4:00 pm the latest in order for this to be processed as Next Day Delivery.

After 4:00 pm Delivery

If orders are placed after 4 pm then the order will be dispatched the following day.

• DPD Express (Free Delivery)

Order above £30 and you will be eligible for free delivery. Orders are shipped on same day till 4 pm, order placed after 4 pm are shipped next working day.

• DPD Express (Saturday Delivery)

Order placed on Friday 4 PM will be delivered on Saturday if the Saturday delivery option is selected.

Please note: You will need to ensure your order is placed by 4:00 pm the latest in order for this to be processed as Saturday Day Delivery.

In some regions the delivery cost may vary which is levied by post.

Europe Shipping

• £13.99 For Ireland (5 - 7 working days)
• £15.99 For Europe (10 - 14 working days)

For international customers you may be required to pay a custom duty which is calculated by your country customs.

Lost Parcels

If a parcel is lost/­undelivered please advise us within 5 to 7 working days for UK orders and 15 to 18 working days for international order along with your order number, so we can inform our courier of the missing parcel and investigate further in this regard.
